HISTORY OF THE COMPANY
“Bob” (BAHAA) has been buying, building and selling properties in Egypt for many years, first as a “middle man” which is an agent who finds properties for people and takes a commission, and then, when the property boom started in Egypt (especially Hurghada in the Red sea Governorate) he collaborated with a British partner to build villas and become a master agent thus opening his first office in Hurghada under the name of Blue Horizon.
After splitting from his business partner the company :”Blue Horizon” became” Blue Horizon Egypt” which over the last 8 years has become one of the leading master agents in Hurghada, selling studios, apartments and villas to all sectors of the world. As well as owning a thriving interior design business with over 225 Independent furniture packages designed and installed we are now suppliers of furniture for many agents here in Hurghada that sell furniture, we have our own team of joiners who build bespoke furniture to our specifications, all of our wooden and ferforge furniture is hand produced in Egypt. our quality and style is second to none and over the years we have made our reputation on interpreting and supplying the customers needs.
Blue Horizon Egypt also have a very successful rental and management company within Hurghada . after successfully opening a new company "Missknowitall" http://www.missknowitall.co.uk/ with partner Jayne Sanderson (a rental and management Company) in 2008 we have now become one of the largest rental agents in the red sea with over 250 properties on our books and a rental yield of over 35% /apartment. from airport bookings - nights out around the town missknowitall caters for all. we have fully registered tourism cars for pick ups.

Blue Horizon Egypt has continued to grow from strength to strength through the years and in 2010 we acquired the joint stock companies “Grand Blue” and" Betty Heaven" both plots of land south of megawsh and are undertaking the building of our first large scale holiday resorts, The ” Blue Horizon Holiday Resort” brand. Initially set for completion in December 2012, our first resort will now be complete by end of 2013 this is due to the Egyptian revolution of January 2011, a force majeur event.which had delayed all paperwork stamps, All stamps in place as from 24th december 2012
