Payment plan for 50% discounted apartments

  • 10% upon reservation
  • 40% due on exchange of contracts ( after 14 days) minus reservation fee
  • 20% due 10 weeks after reservation payment
  • 30% due 28 weeks after deposit

Furniture payments for those wanting to rent as hotel accomodation can be paid after apartment payment are complete in 2 installments
